Sulzer Mixpac (UK) offer a wide range of After Sales Services, including spare parts, product accessories and a repair service. We have service centres across the globe to help getting you the right part or repair. Visit our where to buy section.

We also advise on how to use your applicator properly and how for example some of the Sulzer Mixpac products can be easily converted into other uses (e.g. bulk use or making a dispenser more powerful).

Sulzer Mixpac (UK) offers a wide range of solutions to customise / private label our products for you.

From tags and labels to different product colours and other packaging - anything really is possible as long as it fits onto our product. Please be aware this is all subject to minimum order quantities and/or extra costs.

We also offer Bespoke Solutions for sealants or adhesives that haven't been matched to a tool yet or for unsusal applications. Minimum order quantities and/or extra costs might also apply.

Specific training and product demonstrations can be arranged either at PC Cox or at your facilities.

All our products have a ONE YEAR manufacturing warranty. This starts once the production process has been completed.

If you have a claim please contact us as soon and with as much detail as possible - ideally with the order number and/or serial number of the applicator (where applicable). Please do not send your products to us until we have logged your claim and give you a reference number!
